I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2000 and I struggle with terrible chronic pain daily. I filed for disability and was denied three times. They said I didn’t meet their requirements to be categorized as “disabled”. My father wrote a letter to the state senator and she has agreed to help me and I’m so thankful. I have struggled financially for a long time and currently living with my kids in a low income housing apartment. I feel so broken and defeated sometimes. I’m not sure where Christmas money will come from and it breaks my heart that my children have seen me struggle so much. We don’t need much but I ask for prayers that my disability gets approved so we can have more income. I ask for prayer that God will provide a way for my children to have gifts under our tree Christmas morning. I know it’s not about the gifts but if your a mother I’m sure you know, you want your kids to be happy. I’d love to see them smile when they come down the stairs and see things under the tree. I also ask that you pray for encouragement as I struggle daily with this chronic pain. It makes it very hard to function and do daily tasks. Pray for me and my family please. Thanks so much.
