On April 24, 2023, Big River Radio, Inc. – Kentucky, licensee of Radio Station WOKT-AM, 1080 kilohertz at Cannonsburg, Kentucky and FM Translator Station W294CP Channel 294 at Huntington, West Virginia, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) for an assignment of the WOKT and W294CP licenses to Positive Alternative Radio, Inc..
