For the first time in my 68 years, I am experiencing excruciating pain my my lower back, hips, and knees. I saw a chiropractor on Monday and yesterday. He did Xrays and said my spine looks like that of a 55-year-old, probably because I exercised and lifted weights for nearly 25 years. He said my spine is misaligned, and will work to get it back in line. At any rate, my lifestyle of walking 8-9K steps a day and going to yoga has been put on hold.
