Thank you for your interested in posting your event to the Walk FM Community Calendar! To submit your event, please complete the following form. Fields with an * must be provided. If you have a website, please enter the full URL address including http/https. Allow 2 weeks prior to the date of your event for posting to the calendar.

If you need to edit or delete your event after it is submitted, please go to the “Submit Events” page and click on the “My Events” button. After your event is edited it will need to be moderated before it will appear on the calendar.

Free ACT review course on Zoom!

Providence Church is sponsoring a free ACT review course by Zoom to help students prepare for the ACT. The next class will be on Saturday, December 5, 2020. The Math ACT review will be from 10:30 AM to 12:30. The English review will be from 1 to 3 in the afternoon. Attend one class or both. The class will use the book in The Official ACT Prep Guide, 2020-2021, (ISBN-10: 1119685761/ISBN-13: 978-1119685760, April 21, 2020). Please get a copy from amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, Walmart, or Target and do Practice Test 1 before the class. The book is about $25 at amazon.com. Registration is required. Indoor Triathlon

The YMCA of Parkersburg's Indoor Triathlon welcomes Youth & Adult Divisions to compete in 1-hour timed segments of lap swimming, stationary cycling, & treadmill running. To maintain social distancing, each start time is limited to 4 people. Participants must choose one of the following days/times to compete: February 27th: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM February 28th: 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM March 6th: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM March 7th: 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM Everyone who pre-registers will receive FREE Triathlon Training classes at the YMCA of Parkersburg until the launch of the Triathlon. Classes are held Tuesdays at 8:00 AM and Thursdays at 5:00 PM. Those interested in taking the class without pre-registering can do so for only $5 per class.
